Spanish siren PENELOPE CRUZ is desperate to get ex-boyfriend TOM CRUISE back - after realizing her desire to become a top Hollywood actress was to blame for their split.
The sexy star has spent months in the African desert filming new movie Sahara - and has reportedly told the film’s crew she’s willing to do whatever it takes to reconcile with Cruise, who she split with in January.
An on-set source says, “Penelope is still deeply in love with Tom and believes he feels the same way about her but cannot cope with her excessive demands.
“She feels she has seen the light and will get him back when he realizes how much she blames herself for the break up.”
The actress has also denied rumors she was romancing co-star Matthew McConaughey on the set of the movie.
The source adds, “Tom knows the rumors of her romance with Matthew are nonsense and Penelope is determined to spell that out to him all over again.”

I don’t believe that and even if it is true, I don’t believe that she’ll be successful. Cruise loved Kidman very much yet left her and doesn’t seem to be contemplating reconciliation (neither does NK). And mind, this was after 2 kids and what, 3 movies together.
The other thing: I find it ominous that he hasn’t made another movie with Cruz. I would have thought that MI:3 would have been the perfect vehicle for the 2 of them, given it’s foreign, exotic locales, etc.
I just think she’s one of those people who feels that they are the dumpee, not the dumped, and I think that her trememdous ego won’t let her accept what he’s openly and publicly announced to all the world — it-is-over. The only way he’s going to get rid of her is if he stops taking her calls/calling her. She’s just that bull-headed and narcissistic.

I have to say, that I hope that Tom will not take back penelope as to me she just does not deserve him. He should reunite with Nicole and his children where he was so so happy with them.

I believe that Tom should get back with Nicole now. Penelope will have to move on and get another man for her, as Tom will never take her back. Nicole was desperate when the separation occured in 2001 but she was much classy than penelope could ever be by not saying a thing bad about Tom. She was always there for their two children. Penelope, GET A LIFE and let’s end this you will not have TOM BACK EVER…. He belongs to his lovely wife Nicole.

Just because someone is a beauty, that doesn’t mean anything in a relationship.
I’m happy Nicole is famous, and that she is getting the roles that she wants, but we know nothing about her and Tom’s previous relationship. Except, of course, that he asked her for a divorce. These things don’t just happen on the spir of the moment. He had his reasons. And I’m sure Cruise is not blowing anything in his life right now.

When the tabloids sing the songs that interest us best, we dance according to their tune.
Are we just excited to move in a vicious circle rotating round the triangle of Tom Penelope and Nicole?
Are some people just getting desperate of the fact that, the rumour that Tom is getting back to Nic seems fading and slowly going down in the drain?
So what next could the idle hands do to upstage Tom’s future love life, is to divert the attention and turn the heat now on Penelope “desperate to get Cruise back” (just another tabloid gabbage).
It seems some of us are “day dreaming”

Well, it is great to see that some people have not got over Tom yet and have to express their misery by writing horrendous comments about Penelope.
Since we love tabloid rumours and believe in them, so it is possible that Tom might be getting back to his first ex-wife Mimi Rogers and not to his second ex-wife Nicole? .

Only one thing could have ruined Tom’s dream of the Golden couple, his feeling that he had found his soulmate and his happiness as a husband and father. And in my opinion it was that his wife was unfaithful. Some people can forgive that, others are too wounded in their heart. Nicole broke something very unique by her thoughtless behaviour, something that can never be repaired. What a waste… my heart goes to Tom and his broken dream. Sure, Nicole is charming in public, now. But I remember how pinched she used to be when she appeared with Tom, all the fans screaming HIS name, and Tom had to tell her “smile, it’s your public!” She is not the sweet thing she wants to appear, but a high maintenance diva. Recently in a Beverly Hills store where she was buying lots of stuff she asked for “a star discount”. When the manager generously allowed 50% discount, she was disappointed and angry and left. Unfortunately, since her tantrum was in public, it was all over LA. I don’t see a crowd of men knocking at her door to give her the love she so obviously misses. After bedding her for awhile, even a minus like Kravitz lost interest. I too liked it so much when I could believe in Tom and Nicole couple. I hope he is lucky enough to find in the world another soulmate, it that is possible…

Tom has maintained a dignified silence regarding the split issue (Tom&Penelope).
I think, his silence means much and he is going to speak out when it is right for him to do it.
The endless sourish articles of the tabloids keeps pouring day after day feeding us with all sorts of speculations.
“Tom will suprise us all as always”, oh yes how I wish he could and hopefully let it be the right move that will bring him more great happiness in his life.
About the tabloid rumour regarding Mimi Rogers, the article states that “Tom has turn to exwife (Mimi Rogers) for advise and support.
Unfortunately I am not able to find the link or magazine where I read that article.
So we can be sure that the taloids will always have something new to say.

There is absolutely no evidence that Nicole had an affair causing Tom to leave her —there were only numerous
reports etc… that Tom was smittened by his co-star and she was going after him big time on the set at the movie. They both admitted it - even Tom backed off his accusations against Nic - Listen to the stars that know them - Naomi is put off marriage after seeing what Nic went through etc…etc…etc… Cameron Diaz reportedly warned Nic about Pe going after Tom. I think Tom just had a mid-life crises episode -leading to temporary
insanity- I really hope he can win Nic back again - but I don’t expect it will happen anytime soon - As for Pe - everything about that woman is irritating
her voice, her personality, etc… I couldn’t imagine Tom choosing to spend the rest of his life with her!

Nic is a lovely woman im sure but Tom has to move on …..Penelope is a beauty too and im sure there’s more to her than her so called “irritating voice”.When Tom got devorced to Nic we should have hoped for reconciliation but now he has moved on and we have to consider the present and hope it works out between Tom and Penelope—-but Nic is way out of the picture and they have taken different paths despite the fact that they walked one path together for 10 years….goodluck Penelope.

Thanks so much Jem for your concern regarding my personal insanity. It seems very illogical to me to assume that Nic is at fault for Tom leaving her!
It appears so much more obvious that Tom had the hots for Pe and left her for no other reason —it’s just not that complicated to understand. And what’s so bad about wanting the happy ending for a reconcilliation between Tom and Nic.
They have 2 children - a 12 year history that was a love-story and they just look so right together - they looked real! Tom and Pe never looked right together.

It appears so much more obvious that Tom had the hots for Mimi ( Tom’s first wife), Nic and Penelope and left them for no other reason.
We seem to know all about Tom’s actions, thoughts and intensions and our desires, wishes have got to take control of Tom’s life.
“BROKEN RELASHIONSHIPS” are a normal process of life so there is nothing bad in hoping for the reconcilliation of “ALL” the broken relashionships in the world having 12 years love history with children, to reunite for the sake of what?
Tom looked real and right with Rebecca, Mimi, Nic, Penelope and will always look great with who ever will be his new love in future.

Why do so many fans constantly slate anyone who has been with Tom? And whats all this about him and Nicole getting back together?! its none of our business if they do or do not. At the end of the day we only know what the media reports, we don’t know anything about Toms private life or his feelings. I wish people would respect his privacy and let him do what he feels is best rather than fans ‘deciding’ whats good for him! personally I like Penelope but like I said we dont know the full story! p.s- this is a fab site!

I think Nic is a strong beautiful woman. she can find another man taller than our short Tom.Pen is somehow suitable for him.But I agree with Shazia very much…it’s his own life.
