“Mission: Impossible III stormed to the top of both the sales and rental charts duriong its first week in stores, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Studio sources estimated the DVD sold 3.7 million units in the week ended November 5, more than either of the two previous releases in the lucrative Paramount franchise. And that’s not counting 20,000 units sold on the two next-generation formats, HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc — making “M:i:III” the biggest-selling next-gen title since HD DVD’s April launch.”

I am so happy to read about Mission Impossible III doing so well in sales. I already have mine as I do all his movies. I knew the DVD would do great. I hope only Tom Cruise gets royalties from this and not Paramount. I would hate to know that I contributed anything to that studio and Sumner Redstone in any way. Tom Cruise Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!
He is the greatest. I just finished watching The Last Samurai. He is absolutely great in that movie. He has deserved an Oscar in so many movies. He will probably never get one because Hollyweird does not recognize great talent and because Tom choses to be his own person with his beliefs and thoughts he is left behind by the Academy but not by his fans. I am sure to Tom his family and his fans mean more than an Oscar anyway, but it would be nice to see the 100% he gives in every role he does to be recognized by his fellow actors. He stands way above those who have received and Oscar. One comes to mind and that is Russell Crowe who cannot act and he is rude, conceited and ugly. Well I do get carried away don’t I, but I adore TOM CRUISE. I do not apologize for it. I am proud of all I have said here and proud to be his fan.

Of course it did, It’s an extremely entertaining movie, it has a great cast, director and most importantly it has Tom Cruise. People are realizing that all this crap made up by the media has been so exgaggerated it ridiculous. Tom Cruise is a wonderful actor, he knows how to make a movie and thrill his fans over and over again. Another win for Tom. I can’t wait for his next movie with UA.

I just got the DVD 2 days ago and am planning a special evening with family and friends to watch it and all the great extras. Of course, Colleen, Tom should have received his first Oscar as early as Born on the 4th of July. The Academy, which gives away quite a few undeserved ones, had the great Paul Newman wait until he was 62 to get an Oscar (for The colour of money, co-starring Tom Cruise). In my view it is pure spite, which prevents them, in their own mediocrity, to recognize unparalleled talent joined with goodness and beauty. But Tom’s turn will come, of that I am sure. You’ll see!
Anyway, I can’t wait to see what next project Tom will choose.

MI:III is by far the BEST of the “missions”. Tom is amazing. The stunts he does, his acting, his dedication - he is truly incredible. I too have been a fan since the very beginning. I have all his movies and never tire of watching them. His accomplishments for the last 25, yes 25, years have surpassed many in Hollywood. One of the truly great things about Tom is that he does what he does BECAUSE HE LOVES WHAT HE DOES, not because he is looking for awards. I love him sooooo much. I too am anxious to see what his next project will be.
