A woman was arrested outside of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ Beverly Hills home on Thursday, Access Hollywood has learned.
Emily Diane Leatherman, 32, was arrested at 3:36 p.m. for violation of a court order and possession of stolen property, Beverly Hills police confirmed to Access.
Police would not reveal what the specific court order or stolen property was, however, they did say the lifted items were unrelated to Tom & Katie’s home.
As it turns out, this is not Leatherman’s first celebrity-related run-in with the law. In June 2006, a judge ordered Leatherman to stay at least 500 feet away from John Cusack, after the actor claimed she had been stalking him for over a year. (AccessHollywood)

How in the world does this stalker know where their home is? They deserve privacy and she gives the word “fan” a bad name. That makes her a fanatic and that is very sad. I guess if I saw Tom Cruise & Katie it would be very hard to stand back, but seeing Tom I would probably not be able to move my feet. I would be frozen in may spot. But seriously they deserve privacy especially at their home!! How very sad.

Tom has been building a great multi-levels house in the Hollywood Hills, starting in 2005, and he will have more privacy, as its access will be more difficult for paparazzi and stalkers. As it is now, it is not difficult here in LA to know the Beverly location of his rented estate, there always are some paparazi and lookers around. We all saw pics in magazines of the entrance gate several times, including when Katie was near delivery of Suri and the outside walls were covered with signs to be silent around the property.
