Tom Cruise puts the squeeze on Oprah while filming a TV segment at Tom’s home in Telluride, Colorado.

One teaser question Oprah asks Tom: “How’s Kate’s family accepting you?”

After interviewing Tom, Oprah said, “I had a great time with him, so that’s on Friday’s show. And then we’re celebrating 25 years of him in the business.”

This footage will air on The Oprah Winfrey Show this Friday, May 2.

Then, on Monday, May 5, the talk show queen will grill Cruise, 45, from her Chicago studio about Scientology, his lashing out against Matt Lauer on the Today show and his wild couch jumping antics.

  I just wish Oprah would leave Scientology, the Matt Bauer interview and the couch jumping out of the show. It happened more than a couple of years ago and has been commented over and over and over ad nauseum, for heaven sake! stop beating a dead horse! Are’nt any other topics more new and interesting than grilling Tom over those old stuff?? Is she really a “friend” or is she only interested in ratings no matter the cost to her guest??

  I agree with you Lili. I’d rather not hearing anymore from Tom talking about Scientology, Matt Lauer or psychiatry while he is in anyshows.

  Somehow, it takes away a little of my enthusiasm from watching the Orah show. Anyway, I’m still looking forward to see him chatting with Oprah and see how their friendships play out in the show.
