Jenna Elfman on TomKat: ‘Honestly, They’re Happy’

The recent tabloids may claim that there is a rift between newlyweds Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, but good friend Jenna Elfman says don’t believe what you hear.

Elfman put the rumors to rest at the Healthy Child Healthy World Benefit Thursday night, telling “Extra,” “Honestly, they’re happy. They have a great life, and they love each other.”

Meanwhile, “Extra” spotted Katie Holmes canoodling with another man – but don’t worry, it was all in character.

  I don’t believe that bs the tabloids write anyway. One can see that they are happy. They are a match made in heaven. I just feel bad for Tom and Katie constantly having to read what’s not true at all. They are such a sweet couple and look at little Suri, she”s such a sweet little thing. The press is just being the press becaue they can’t really find anything to write about anymore.

  I have to agree 100% with Gisela. Look at all the garbage all of the tabloids were printing about Suri last year and then the Vanity Fair photo op and article literally blew them out of the water.

  I, too, feel sorry for Tom and Katie. Day after day, pure garbage is printed when it certainly looks to me like, not only are they trying to live normal lives, they are trying really hard to provide all of their children, Connor, Isabel and Suri a stable, down-to-earth lifestyle (at least as best they can under today’s conditions.)

  Just imagine a plain ole 1st birthday with pizza and cupcakes! A new gymset some dolls and balls. Sounds like a party I’d give my middle class child.
